At Holy Soul Apparel, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products. As we operate as an online store with print-on-demand services, all orders are carefully produced upon request for each customer. For this reason, we do not accept refunds or returns under any circumstances. 

All purchases are considered final. Please carefully review the details of your order, including size, colour, and postal address, before completing your purchase.​

No Refunds or Exchanges

As all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size or colour

  • Dissatisfaction with the design or fit

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please reach out to our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Additional Considerations

Colour Variations: Due to the nature of print-on-demand production, slight variations in colour may occur. This can be influenced by various factors such as monitor settings, printing processes, and material choices. We cannot guarantee an exact match to what you see on your screen.​

Order Cancellations: Once your order is placed and sent to production, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.

Shipping Issues: While we aim to provide the best shipping service possible, once the order is shipped, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays, lost items, or damage that occurs during transit.
